Building Product at Intelliseq

Klaudia has spent her career at the intersection of genomics and product, joining Intelliseq to help turn the company’s iFlow engine into a platform that laboratories could run in production, not just a research prototype.

That grounding in both the science and the workflow still shapes how she scopes every feature: it has to hold up in a regulated, high-stakes clinical setting, not just a demo.

Leading Oncology & Variant Curation

As Intelliseq’s product surface expanded into oncology, Klaudia took ownership of GeneSpect’s somatic and variant curation tools — the modules labs use to interpret cancer genomes and match patients to therapies.

Under her product leadership, iFlow added Genomenon’s Cancer Knowledgebase for evidence-based somatic variant interpretation, deepened its NGS partnership with OGT for myeloid malignancy panels, and connected to Manifold’s governed AI research environments — extending the platform from rare disease diagnostics into precision oncology and translational research.

Today

Klaudia now leads product for Intelliseq’s full iFlow platform and its GeneSpect Reporter suite — spanning hereditary disease, somatic oncology, pharmacogenomics, and polygenic risk — built to run inside HIPAA-, GDPR-, and ISO13485-compliant labs worldwide.

Speaking & Industry Recognition

Klaudia took the stage at the Association for Molecular Pathology’s AMP 2025 Annual Meeting, presenting “Precision, Context, and Control: iFlow’s New Tools for Oncology & Variant Curation” on the Innovation Spotlight Stage.

She was also invited by Prague.bio as a featured guest speaker to the Central European biotech community, and represents Intelliseq’s product vision across its partnership announcements with OGT, Genomenon, and Manifold. See the Press & Media page for the full list.
